1. Who we are

Taqyeem ("the platform", "we") is a Saudi platform for digital reputation management and for analysing customer reviews on Google, built for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

2. The data we collect

a) Account data

Your name, email address, the name and type of your organisation, and your sign-in credentials (handled securely by our authentication provider).

b) Your Google business profile data (with your authorisation)

When you connect your business's Google account, and with your explicit consent through Google's official sign-in, we access the Google Business Profile data for your locations. This includes: branch names, locations and details; ratings, reviews, their text and their replies; and the profile's general performance metrics. We access this data solely to provide the reputation management service to you.

c) Usage data

Limited technical information about how you use the platform (operational logs, preferences) to improve the service and its security.

d) Payment data

Processed by our payment provider Moyasar; we do not store your card details on our servers.

3. How we use your data

  • Running the reputation management service: showing reviews, analysing them, managing replies, tracking branch performance, and alerts.
  • Analysing review text with artificial intelligence (sentiment, topics, summaries) to help you make decisions.
  • Operating your account, billing it, and providing support.
  • Protecting the platform, its security, and regulatory compliance.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Google data and compliance with Google's policies

Our use of Google data received through Google APIs (Google Business Profile API), and any transfer of it to others, complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We access your business's Google data only to provide and improve the platform features that are visible to you.
  • We do not transfer Google data to others except to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent.
  • We do not use Google data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data except with your explicit consent, for security or compliance purposes, when it is processed in aggregated and anonymised form, or where necessary to operate the service.
  • You can disconnect Google at any time from the platform settings, and you can request deletion of your data.

5. Third-party providers (data processors)

We rely on trusted providers to run the service, each committed to protecting your data:

  • Google — to retrieve your business profile data (with your authorisation).
  • Anthropic (Claude) — to analyse review text; only the data needed for the analysis is sent.
  • Supabase — to host the database and storage (encrypted, with isolation between customers).
  • Moyasar — to process payments.
  • Resend — to send operational email.
  • Vercel — to host the application.

6. Data storage and security

We apply standard security controls: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest where required, strict isolation between customer data, row-level security (RLS), and secure secret management. We reserve the right to keep improving these controls. No system is 100% secure, but we make reasonable efforts to protect your data.

7. Sharing data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors listed above, to the extent needed to run the service, or on a binding regulatory request, or with your consent.

8. Your rights (under the Personal Data Protection Law)

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, withdraw your consent, and disconnect Google. To exercise any right, write to us at taqyeemm@gmail.com, and we will respond within the statutory period.

9. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with regulations. When you request deletion or close your account, we delete your personal data (and the associated Google data) within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to retain some of it.

To request deletion of your data: disconnect Google from settings, then write to us at taqyeemm@gmail.com to request account deletion.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to run sessions and security. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

11. Children's privacy

The platform is intended for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and we will publish the updated version with its date, and notify you of material changes.
