Terms of Service — Taqyeem AI

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Taqyeem platform ("the platform") you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Description of the service

The platform helps businesses manage their reputation on Google: viewing and analysing reviews, managing replies, tracking branch performance, and alerts. Google reviews are a data source; the platform is not affiliated with Google and is not endorsed by it.

3. Accounts and registration

  • You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in details confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Connecting a Google account

  • By connecting your business's Google account, you authorise us to access your business profile data (Google Business Profile) in order to provide the service, through Google's official sign-in and with the permissions you agree to.
  • You are responsible for owning, or being authorised to manage, the branches you connect.
  • You may disconnect at any time, and you undertake to comply with Google's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You undertake not to: misuse the platform, attempt to breach or disrupt it, use it for unlawful purposes, or publish infringing content through its publishing features. You are responsible for the content you publish to your profile through the platform.

6. Subscriptions and payment

  • Some features are offered in paid plans processed through Moyasar.
  • Subscriptions renew according to the cycle stated at sign-up, and you may cancel under the published terms.
  • Prices and plans may change with prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, its logo and its software belong to Taqyeem. You are granted only the right to use the service under these terms. Your data and your content remain yours.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts towards the accuracy of the analytics and the data, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as improved ranking or more reviews), nor the accuracy of Google data, which originates from Google itself. Decisions you take based on the platform are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid during the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, with notice to you where possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, and we will publish the updated version with its date; your continued use is deemed acceptance of them.
